Cancellation of the booking has to be made immediately in written form to the school only.
The advanced payment will be refunded only in case the cancellation take place 21 days before the arrival date. No refund will be done for later cancellation.
Received 14 to 8 days before arrival date 25% fee of the full packet price will be charged;
Received 7 until 4 days before arrival date 50% fee of the full packet price will be charged;
Received 3 until 2 days before arrival date 75% fee of the full packet price will be charged;
No- show the full price will be charged.
